Seen some on ebay. All NV200s seem same-ish
2015-2020 Canada versions are all the same from what I've seen. They all have a clipboard holder console and the armrest is on the seats. I would assume the 'Merica versions aren't much, if any different. I have no idea if anything from overseas market vans would fit overhere.

Same here my boss just bought me a 2021 NV200 he saved a little and got and S model, no arm rest is gonna kill me lol. I can live with it not having a console in it.
I found some universal ones but not sure if they will work
