I really couldn't tell you. I have a feeling you may need to perform some type of reset. If you turn the key on without part of the occupancy sensor system or airbag unplugged then you'll likely need to reset some codes there.
I just got a 2019 in the shop this morning, I'm trying to see if I can come up with the same problem as you but already goofed up and turned the key on after unplugging both connectors between the floor and seat. So now the red airbag light flashes on the cluster.

If you pull the tray out from below the passenger seat and look at the inboard(closest to console) seat track you can kinda see the one sensor bolted between the seat bottom and top of seat with a black connector poking out the side. The rear one is hard to see but it's there. This van does have the wires in the passenger buckle, I guess they probably all do and I never noticed before.

It's hard to say. I just got this van to do the same thing as yours after putting a car battery on the passenger seat. Oddly enough the passenger airbag off light was lit up at the same time, though I'm sure it was off when I first turned the key on.
I don't know why I didn't think of it earlier but you could probably just jump the 2 wires(I assume there's only 2) leading to the passenger buckle to keep that seatbelt light off. That'd be the free, quick and easy way to go. The second idea would be to find a seatbelt extender and just leave it buckled up?

So is the seatbelt light on all the time? Does it ever go off, other than when the passenger belt is buckled up? I just fired this van up while leaning on the passenger seat and the seatbelt light came on and wouldn't go off until I plugged the pass belt. I had to restart the engine a few times without leaning on it then the belt light finally went off(with only drivers belt buckled up).

Yes the seat belt light stays on unless the passenger seat is buckled, I called a local dealer and they said they can re-calibrate the occupancy sensors for $165 if I replace them. I found the sensor for $28.50 each on sale so might just throw those 2 new ones on and if the light is still on then have them recalibrate it. Just hope it's the actual sensors and not the module. Wish I could some how test with a multimeter first buy can't find info anywhere on how to do so.

I finally got around to tearing that seat apart. Replacing the sensors really isn't all that bad. Remove the seat, turn it on it's side, Unplug the sensors then unbolt them from the seat base(14mm or 9/16" Deep socket). Lower seat track will now be removed from the seat bottom. Remove 2 more bolts per sensor to remove sensors from lower seat track. Put it back together and hope it works.

I tried to record removing everything and will try to put together a clip later tonight (or whenever I get time)but it's far more straightforward than I remember it being. Maybe it was easier this time because I wasn't working in the dark for a change.

I removed the wiring harness, sensors and occupancy module from the passenger seat. Plugged everything in, placed a resistor where the seat airbag plugged in and I have no codes. Everything works like it should. Usually I have to mess around with those occupancy sensors applying pressure to them so they won't throw codes. Maybe the newer ones are different or I was doing something wrong before? I dunno....

I didn't have a chance to try and check the resistance on the sensors, the van was needed before I even finished up.

Thank you for posting that, I got my sensors both removed, there was quit a but of rust on them so maybe that was the issue. The new sensors came today so I will be installing when I get home from work. I hope I don't have to do the zero point reset afterwards, called the dealer and they said they charge $160 to do it

Well got it all back together, reset the airbag lights after hooking up the battery and still does the same thing. Sealt belt light stays on until I buckle up the passenger seat.
So I guess I need to take it to the dealer to do the zero point reset and hope that works, otherwise what is left? The module itself? Here's a pic of the old and new and how rusted the old ones were.

Ok, so took the van to the dealer today and had them perform the zero point reset. Now the seat belt light is off and the passenger airbag off light is illuminated so guess that solved that problem.
On my way to the dealer though my cel came on, got home and hooked it up to my scanner and it shows 0 codes. When I first turn the key on, it blinks 60 times before staying solid. Tried 2 different scanners and they both say 0 codes were found. Tried disconnecting the battery also and still there. Where do I even begin to look?

What kind of scanner are you using? I've been using an autel maxisys and haven't ran into that problem, except one van that has the airbag light on and won't communicate, pretty sure the airbag module is nfg on that one.
Is your scanner powering up from the obdII port? If there isn't power to the obdII port, check all the fuses under the lh side of the dash. The cig lighter fuse is sometimes on the same scanner port circuit. I've seen codes in other vehicles that were permanent and couldn't be cleared by using a generic obdII code reader deal.
If you just want the light off maybe try unhooking the battery and leaving it over night? Sounds dumb, but you could touch the cables together(battery unhooked of course), to drain any residual power from any capacitors. MIght work, might not. Usually unhooking the battery for a few minutes doesn't clear codes.
