Adding roof fan - where to put air inlet?

Hello all,
I'm starting to convert my new NV200 cargo into a campervan and plan on adding a roof vent at the back. My old (now dead) van had a big hole in the floor from where I removed the old rear heater assembly. This was perfect in terms of airflow but I'm hesitant to cut a hole in a brand new vehicle! Has anyone found a less drastic solution like a panel that could be removed?

Thanks!

Check down behind the rear bumper. There are ports that let the air pressure out when you close the doors to keep from damaging your eardrums from the pressure increase. You should be also to just modify them or remove to get more air flow into the van without cutting holes. They are behind the two black vents on both sides of the rear doors.
