Hey guys. I've got a 2017 NV200 with Navigation, camera ect. I'm just wondering if anyone else has run into problems with their steering wheel controls and as well as audio problems. About a month ago, I completely lost control of the phone "pickup/answer/voice control" button on the steering wheel. This button now does absolutely nothing. The weird thing is that at the same time, I lost control of the select up/down button's "down" function. The down function now functions as the "pickup/answer/voice control" button. Just before all of this happened, my usb port would constantly disconnect, reconnect, disconnect, reconnect.... but it now works ok. This sounds like an electrical problem to me but I thought a factory reset might work. Is there any factory reset for the audio system other than in the "settings" on the menu? I've also tried disconnecting the battery for about 40 minutes to see if this would reset anything without any change. Just thought I'd ask you guys if there is anything simple I can do before I take this in to the dealership under warranty. Thanks.
