Hi,

I'm looking to get a bike rack that sits on my tow bar, just wondering if anyone has any recommendations? I like the ones that you can attach a storage box to also. I'm just not sure how the racks work with regards to being able to open the back door up?

I have a Curt class 3 hitch coming and have a Yakima Hold up bike rack that I have used for years on my Escape and my Ram van. So far it has always cleared since it tilts down about 45 degrees even with the bikes on.

As soon as I have it installed I will let you know how it clears and post some pictures of it with and without bikes.
