Have carried out a basic conversion and would like to mount a canopy or awning on the side of the vehicle. Have tried a variety of DIY rigs but would prefer a neat ready-made solution. Have been doing some serious "Googling" but everything seems to be made to fit a VW. Any suggestions?

I had a Casita travel trailer with a Fiamma awning. I liked it, and I am planning to put one on van. I plan to attach it to my roof rack.

I've just bought one but haven't tried it with the van yet. It's a pop up awning so aledgedly takes 5 mintes to put up...we will see, though the video looks convincing!

The Fiamma 35 Pro 7'2" fits beautifully. Also the VW T4 lift roof for the f35 bracket works very well with no modifications or can be slightly bent to bring the awning even closer in to the van.

Hi there with the pop top down does the height still not exceed 2 metres with the Fiamma attached? Here in Norfolk most car park barriers are max 2 metres.

I like the roof rails. How tall is the van with those on? Would like some for putting a tandem on but not sure how hard it would be to lift up there.
