How to improve sleep? Recently, I often wake up tired and it's hard for me to wake up in the morning. I sleep more than 8 hours.

Sleep is greatly affected by the comfort of your mattress, the natural fabrics of bedding and the temperature in the room. You should also choose a sleep mode and try to go to bed at the same time. I'm having trouble sleeping when it’s pretty hot outside. In my room it's stuffy and there is no air circulation. When I feel hot, I twist a lot in bed and can't sleep. Besides, I just hate being sweaty. My landlord is against the installation of air conditioning, so this year I decided to buy a fan.
