Hi, I have purchased a 2013 NV200 SE Combi , it only came with one key. As anyone had experience with buying a key and programming it yourself or can someone point me inthe right direction of someone who can apart from main dealers who charge extortional amounts.

My local locksmith has programmable keys for almost all autos at a lower price than the dealer. The locksmith does the programming when you buy the key. This relates to a US spec van.

I would thing that a locksmith in the UK would be able to do the same thing. Good luck.

Google "Auto locksmith" is best bet. Don't choose the 1st as sponsored, best go down list and look for someone local upto 15 miles radius.
As guide price I charge £95 or £120 newer style -half main-dealer price and come to your house.

(BTW I own an NV200 and not advertising here - just happen to be an auto-locksmith)
