The touch on it doesn’t work . Keeps flashing up gps not found does that have to do with the touch screen not working as well as nav

No idea but I could give a suggestion. This worked with another vehicle I had when the radio screwed up. Pull the fuse, wait a few seconds and reinstall. See what happens.
