Sounds close. I'd give it a go. The google says these are 6' 1 1/2" tall. Unless you have a roof rack, taller tires or something that'd raise it?

I was in a hospital parkade recently(I wasn't driving an NV200) with a 6' 6" (6.5') and was surprised at how many full-size pickups and suvs were in there. One truck drove past with the antenna scraping on the ceiling without a care in the world lol

I have a 2020 NV200 here in Japan. There’s a 2m warning bar at a grocery store near my house. That’s 6’ 6 3/4”. I could go under it with my Thule roof rack on.

Then I put on the steel support system for my solar panels. I THINK I tried it with the front-to-back support installed and it went under it. But when I put the second support on it barely touched the warning bar. (But still clears the obstacle by several inches.)

So since those supports total 8 cm, with a Thule rack on my NV200 it’s 6’ 3 1/2”. I’d say you are under the limit if your NV200 is bareback.

Agree. Depending on the roof rack it might even be okay still.
Less than a week after writing this I took a short cut I have used for years. Except not with the rack on. There’s a 1.8m bridge.

SCREEEEECH!
  • No solar panels in yet so that was good.
  • It had to be higher than 1.8m so very, very good.
  • Pulled the back two cross bars off, left second at an angle, leading one didn’t touch.
  • One cross bar bent slightly one one corner but nothing that prevents usage.

Will do some paint touch up.
Learned a VERY good lesson. Makes me nervous just writing this.
Dodged a bullet.
