Hello, I have a nissan nv200 cargo van 2017 that I've had for a few years and it's served me great, but a few days ago I started hearing a really bad scraping noise when I turn left or when I go over certain bumps on the road. It happens really inconsistently. Sometimes I go over big bumps with no noise at all or do left turn without any noise either. There is no rhyme or reason to it other then it happening on some left turns and bumps. It doesn't seem to matter the size of the turn or bump or the speed that I'm going. Does anyone have any idea to help me determine what's wrong so that I'm not taken for a ride at the mechanic shop?

Could be anything. Did you have a look yet to make sure nothing is loose/falling off and scrapping on a tire? Is it a metalic noise? Rock stuck in the backing plate? How many miles are on it? Bad wheel bearing? Ball joint?

Where abouts in Canada are you located?
