I just got the Chevy "NV200" and wanted the backup camera, so had to get the whole package. And its WONDERFUL!
Sorry got cut off there. Its great. Liking SiriusXM (free so far), the backup cam is awesome, even shows the fender & parallel parking lines, I have the audible backup alert as well. And the GPS works great. The odd thing is the GPS is backwards. You enter number - street - city in that order (assuming your state is set)

Imo way too expensive but I love it!

^^ Hey, thanks a lot for the info. Hope you are enjoying your new van, is it for business or pleasure?

Yeah, the package does seem expensive for what you get, but probably worth it. Having SirXM built in is great; I used to have it where I installed everything and it was a major pain. For road trips it's a game changer...

So, besides the SirXM, are there any monthly fees associated with any of the other features? Like the gps for instance?

Both business and pleasure (my only car) but bought mostly with accommodating big TVs and theater systems, and my tools & parts...

I tend to keep vehicles a LONG time - I had an Astro running @ 440k with original timing chain & oil pump :). Good maintenance & a TON of luck!

No, no fees besides SXM. And the bank :)

I was sort of amazed to learn the Tech Package also had Bluetooth and within seconds I had connected with my iPhone and uploaded Contacts and could make a phone call by Voice Command ("call wife") and ... well it is very cool indeed and I'm really glad ours has this (we got a deal on a lightly used one and probably would have bought it WITHOUT this added feature).

I had heard reports that the Bluetooth didn't work well. Not my experience, I thought it was very decent. But I have an Android (Samsung Galaxy 4S) with a zillion contacts and it failed upload. As I've not been a BT user I'm not feeling left out.

And happy to see 28.4mpg Avg $ $20 fillups

While not as sophisticated as the Pioneer unit in my other truck I am impressed with the Nissan Nav unit. Accurate, easy to use, works great with IPhone, and love back up camera. Upgrade speakers to JBL separates (2 ohm) for an incredible increase in sound quality.
