Same story here, except I was not out of state.
Tire wear and dealer warranty
I go to a Nissan dealer, not mine I am out of state. He tells me I need two new tires when I have only 26,000 miles. I ask about the warranty and he tells me I have to go to a tire dealer for that brand. So after thinking I say, why would I buy tires from you when you wont warranty the tires. He didnt have an answer.

my factory tires were worn out by 29k. My dealership offered no warranty at all.
