I have recently completed converting my NV200 van to a motor caravan and have just done a tour of Engladd, Ireland and Scotland.

Ireland has some very steep hills and I had touble with traction with the factory fitted Goodyear 175/70 R14C 05/93 T tyres

Any suggestions for some better ones?

Hi Walter
we've just ordered a new NV200 Tenkna 110 - which will arrive in Mid May and then plan to have it converted to a motor home - Would be greatful if you could pass on some tips and any gems of wisdom that would make our life on the the road a bit smoother based on your experience of your van so far
So first question - What average uk mpg do you get on an away trip ?? - We are expecting mid 50's ??

Hi Walter,

Im running Hankook Vanturas really recommend them as an all round tyre the mileages they achieve are fantastic.

In the wet they do perform however you can feel a little bit of a slip on greasy roundabouts etc.
