I'm looking for tips on materials and installation ideas for wood panel walls in the cargo area. I would like to be able to insulate the rear walls, rear door, and ceiling, then cover the insulated areas with a thin wood panel. I have the insulation in place on the sides, but i want ideas in framing and covering the exposed areas. My NV200 has no side or rear windows.

There are a few company's in the UK who offer pre-cut ply kits for most vans,
can't see it being much different for these.

Ply line kit or look at polyboard covered in carpet.foil backed roll for vapour barrier and kingspan,cellotex ect.
